Executive Summary

"The world needs more computing power." - Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft

The ongoing Digital Revolution has created a large number of new industries, each with its own ever-increasing demand for data processing power. It is this exponential growth and demand for computing power that prompted Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, to state the world is rapidly "running out of computing capacity."

Centralized data processing centers are one solution however these are not without their own risks which impact business operations - environmental and ecological concerns, risk of terrorism or natural disasters affecting the centralized operations, network access to the center, or availability of power and energy resources to facilitate operation.

The obvious alternative to centralized data processing is to decentralize the processing of data; harnessing available power in a network of interconnected devices capable of delivering “supercomputer” processing power but without the risks associated with centralized processing.

GAIMIN has identified a source of available processing power, capable of being harnessed into a supercomputer-type data processing network, delivering the capability needed to process large amounts of data... The 1.6+ billion strong global PC gaming community.

This source of untapped processing power is found in PC-based gaming devices. Gamers desire the ultimate gaming experience and build their gaming PCs with the most highly performing components, more specifically high powered GPUs, which make them ideal for data processing use.

GAIMIN has developed a platform to harness this processing power and reward the individuals who allow their devices to participate in GAIMIN’s data processing network, generating passive rewards for the participant and revenue for GAIMIN.

GAIMIN’s platform identifies its users' available devices and creates data processing networks to deliver data processing jobs, including video rendering, AI data processing, and the powering of blockchain computations. The actual use of the network is selected by GAIMIN’s AI-based decision-making component; dynamically reviewing the jobs submitted to GAIMIN and identifying the most profitable use of the GAIMIN network, switching service delivery as the profitability of services changes. The monetization of the GAIMIN network enables GAIMIN to generate revenue and return payment for participation back to users.

As GAIMIN receives payment in a variety of different fiat and cryptocurrencies, GAIMIN has created its own token, GMRX (GamerX), to pay rewards back to users. GAIMIN consolidates payments received into GMRX which is paid to users in proportion to the amount of processing their device provides for a job. GAIMIN retains 10% of any revenue gained and returns up to 90% back to users.

The active user receives GMRX directly into their GAIMIN wallet which they can use to purchase merchandise and accessories or when GMRX is launched on an exchange, convert to fiat or other cryptocurrencies. GMRX will be launched as a deflationary token with staking and burning incorporated into the tokenomics which is designed to support the maintenance and liquidity of the token when listed.

The GAIMIN business is designed around four interlinked pillars of marketing and business operation:

  • GAIMIN's decentralised, distributed, cloud-based data processing network (gaimin.cloud)

  • GAIMIN's Web3 Gaming Platform and Game Launcher

  • GAIMIN's GAIMCRAFT Web3 Developer Tools

  • GAIMIN's "Gaimin Gladiators" Professional Esports Organisation

GAIMIN's decentralised data processing network requires users to allow their PC devices to participate in the network. The number of users is unlimited - the greater the number of users, the higher processing power delivered by the network. GAIMIN's business model is centered around increasing the number of users and devices particpating in gaimin.cloud (the decentralised data processing service), and with gamers being the target audience due to this community typically having the higher performance devices available, GAIMIN is targeting these users through followers of Gaimin Gladiators. GAIMIN is also providing access to its Web3 technology to games developers to enable them to integrate Web3 functionality and services into their games, launching these games on GAIMIN's dedicated Web3 games launching platform, and having access to a large number of motivated and incentivized gamers ready and willing to play these new games and engage with the emerging Web3 gaming industry.

The GAIMIN platform has been designed with flexibility as a key characteristic of the data processing network. Known as gaimin.cloud, the data processing network can simultaneously deliver a range of different data processing services thereby increasing the monetization capability of the network irrespective of devices participating in the service.

GAIMIN is a gaming platform and game launcher, built by gamers for gamers, offering true gaming asset ownership and passive rewards for the gamer. With its technology available to allow game developers to integrate Web3 technology into their Web2 games, GAIMIN is at the forefront of this growing industry whilst ensuring “No gamer is left behind!
