GAIMIN Revenue Generation

GAIMIN generates revenue from a number of different sources including:

  • Monetization through gaimin.cloud

  • GAIMIN Marketplace

  • GAIMIN Games Launcher

  • Gaimin Gladiators.

Monetization through gaimin.cloud

  • GAIMIN monetizes the computational resources found in gaming PCs passively, identifying devices participating in the GAIMIN network and sending them data processing jobs to perform. GAIMIN receives payment for processing services and returns up to 90% of the revenue received back to users participating in the GAIMIN data processing network.

  • Currently, GAIMIN is focused on two sources of data processing revenue - video rendering and the powering of blockchain computations. However, AI data processing will be the next functionality to be incorporated into the GAIMIN Platform along with other data processing services. This option is currently in the advanced research stage.

  • GAIMIN retains 10% of any revenue generated and returns up to 90% to the users participating in the distributed data processing network. Rendering is now live on our GAIMIN platform and users have been receiving monetization rewards for rendering since December 2022.

GAIMIN Marketplace.

  • GAIMIN has incorporated Marketplace functionality into its application. Marketplace allows GAIMIN to sell a variety of products and services; both digital and physical.

  • Our users will have purchasing power because of the rewards earned for their contribution to gaimin.cloud and other monetization mechanisms.

  • Our Marketplace currently supports the sale of low-cost in-game Digital Game Assets (DGA), similar to those found in Fortnite, including GAIMIN’s own cross-game, interoperable DGAxg.

  • Marketplace supports the direct sale of products and services, in addition, GAIMIN will also generate revenue from the secondary sales market of its own DGAs.

  • Digital In-game Assets stored as NFTs offer a very significant potential revenue stream. Our research indicates that global in-game asset sales from 2021 were approx $70 billion. Our percentage profit on these items is very high.

The GAIMIN Game Launcher.

  • GAIMIN is well positioned to become the "Steam of Web3", with the additional benefit of being able to offer passive purchasing power to users (via gaimin.cloud computational resource contribution) and with the ability to bring Web2 gaming numbers to new Web3 games.

  • Right now we are building towards the MVP version of our Game Launcher, with “The Harvest Game” being our proof of concept. Future plans include offering full services to Web3 game creators and studios, similar to Steam: https://partner.steamgames.com/. Other appropriate revenue options for our Game Launcher are currently still being considered.

Gaimin Gladiators.

  • Through the success of its managed esports teams, GAIMIN generates revenue from the sponsorship of the esports teams. The greater the success of the teams, the more visibility the team achieves and the more brand awareness generated for sponsors and GAIMIN.

  • GAIMIN has engaged Shikenso to monitor brand impressions from streaming media; such data is made available to brand sponsors to validate brand reach. Visibility through association with GAIMIN is also a secondary aspect of GAIMIN’s partnership approach with other companies.

  • GAIMIN is specifically aiming to create high value for its sponsors by giving media and content in the fast-growing gaming space, something that isn’t currently being exploited and gives GAIMIN a unique positioning. Two team members who are already considered “star” influencers in their chosen games (Hardecki: Apex Legends, and Dyrachyo: DOTA 2) and both are excited to do streaming for this purpose.

  • In the first year, 2022, Gaimin Gladiators raised over $1.3 million USD in sponsorship revenue, and $580K USD in tournament winnings, which covered the first-year costs of Gaimin Gladiators.

  • GAIMIN’s choice of esports organization is very strategic, because it offers GAIMIN completely unique positioning in this space, creates a strong community for GAIMIN’s brand, offers huge brand recognition (visible alongside global brands), huge credibility, and direct user acquisition.
